Bovine Escherichia coli Mastitis and Effects on Milk Microbiota

نویسندگان

چکیده

Escherichia coli is a microorganism that found in the normal intestinal microbiota of humans and warm-blooded animals, causing or extra-intestinal infections. Many pathogenic E. strains can cause diarrhea, septicemia, neonatal meningitis, mastitis, urogenital system infections various intra-abdominal, lung, soft tissue skin pets. Determining genotypic phenotypic characteristics isolated from animals very important for prevention caused by coli. In recent years, new animal pathotype mammary (MPEC), which causes gland has been included extraintestinal group. The fact approximately %25-%35 use antimicrobials treatment Gram-negative agents unsuccessful indicates correct diagnostic tools should take place routine before etiological diagnosis. Profiles bovine milk with mastitis suggest clinical associated dysbacteriosis microbial community an intact helps prevent intramammary infection. this review, change bacterial diversity due to antimicrobial coli-induced cases discussed together current studies.

Escherichia coli mastitis in the Dairy Bovine

Mastitis is a continuous concern for dairy producers in the US because of its economic consequences. Coliform mastitis accounts for 20-80% of acute clinical mastitis cases and includes gram-negative pathogens Escherichia coli, Klebsiella and Enterobacter species. Rapid identification of the causative organism is essential to implement a prudent treatment plan. Escherichia coli can be rapidly id...

Proteolysis in milk during experimental Escherichia coli mastitis.

This work consisted of the intramammary infections (IMI) of 8 heifers by high doses of Escherichia coli to study both the proteolytic activity in milk and the resulting peptides. Therefore, a milking kinetic has been followed, and several parameters have been studied, such as proteose peptones (PP) fraction (quantitative and qualitative changes), plasmin activity (PA), milk somatic cell count (...

Genomic Comparative Study of Bovine Mastitis Escherichia coli

Escherichia coli, one of the main causative agents of bovine mastitis, is responsible for significant losses on dairy farms. In order to better understand the pathogenicity of E. coli mastitis, an accurate characterization of E. coli strains isolated from mastitis cases is required. By using phylogenetic analyses and whole genome comparison of 5 currently available mastitis E. coli genome seque...
